In fluid control and flow measurement, accuracy, stability and versatility are core requirements for all industries. King Spray, a professional Chinese fluid technology manufacturer, introduces the WF2680 Turbine Flow Meter—a high-performance instrument integrating advanced technology, compact design and broad adaptability. It delivers reliable, accurate flow data for industrial production, water treatment, chemical processing and other scenarios.

The WF2680 consists of an electronic module and a turbine, compatible with tees of various materials and diameters via a bayonet joint. This modular design simplifies installation and enables flexible replacement per operating conditions, reducing equipment replacement and maintenance costs.
Working Principle: The meter detects turbine rotation, generating pulse signals with frequency proportional to flow rate (Formula: f=K.Q, where f=Hz, K=joint K-factor (pulses/liter), Q=flow rate (L/s)). This ensures high measurement precision and data reliability.

The WF2680 features a compact, durable structure with components designed for harsh environments. Below are key structural and image descriptions:
1: Overall Appearance - Displays the full structure (electronic module, turbine, bayonet joint). Its compact size (88mm/3.46in × 130mm/5.12in) fits confined installation spaces.
2: Key Components - Shows positioning tab, O-ring and card slot. EPDM/FKM O-ring ensures superior sealing, preventing leakage and ensuring stable operation.
3: Installation Scene - Demonstrates on-pipeline installation, illustrating compatibility with different pipe diameters and orientations.

High Precision & Stability: Linearity up to ±1% FS (25°C±2%) and repeatability up to ±0.5% FS (25°C±1%) ensure accurate long-term measurement.
Multiple Outputs: Supports 4-20mA current, PNP/NPN pulse output and RS485 communication, compatible with various control systems and data acquisition equipment.
Durable Materials: PBT shell, PP/PVDF wetted parts and impeller, PVDF/PEEK rotating shaft—all with excellent corrosion and wear resistance for diverse media.
Easy Installation & Operation: Bayonet joint enables quick installation/replacement; intuitive button settings allow easy adjustment of flow unit, K-factor and output mode.
Broad Adaptability: Applicable to DN08-DN100 pipes, 0.3-6 m/s measuring range, and IP65 protection for stable operation.

Installation Guidelines
To ensure measurement accuracy, maintain required upstream/downstream straight pipe distance. Key recommendations:
Horizontal pipelines: Install vertically upward (0°) for optimal performance. Max 45° if bubbles exist (pipe must be full).
Vertical pipelines: Install in any orientation; upward flow is recommended (full pipe), downward flow is not advised.
Avoid bottom installation in sediment-containing pipes to prevent blockage and measurement errors.
