Area flowmeters measure flow by means of the buoyancy (thrust) of the fluid from the bottom to the top, due to changes in the cross-sectional area of the pipe diameter, and the gravity of the float to reach a balance with each other.

From the customer's point of view, Mid-Crown has adopted the dual pointer design for monitoring the upper and lower limit zones to meet the user's needs of recognising whether the flow is normal or not at a glance, and the customer can define the flow rate monitoring range immediately by lightly flicking the pointer with the tip of the finger.

Different chemicals have different weight ratios, and the buoyancy of the float in the liquid is also different, Mid-Crown provides customised specific gravity service to meet the needs of different chemicals, so that there is no longer any need for manual height conversion in the field.

As the traditional pipe fittings are limited by the injection process and need to be installed with tight force, the overall installation is difficult and the experience is poor, Mid-Crown is the only one to produce the fittings by turning, the pipe wall is specially designed as a straight line, and the chamfer is tightly made at the end of the pipe by 6mm only, so the installation process is silky smooth and smooth.
