Select based on the medium, temperature, pressure, flow range and accuracy requirements. For clean and low-viscosity fluids, choose paddle wheel flow meter; for large pipe diameters or strong corrosive substances, choose ultrasonic flow meter; for medium to small flow rates or for on-site display, choose rotor flow meter.

Possible causes and solutions:
1. Impurity blockage:Particles in the fluid get stuck in the impeller.It’s necessary to remove and clean it,and install a filter.
2. Bearing wear:After long-term use,mechanical wear occurs.It’s necessary to return to the factory to replace the core components.
3. Signal system failure:Check if the magnetic coil is damaged,or if the signal line is not in good contact.
4. Low flow rate: The flow velocity is lower than the startup flow rate of the instrument,and the impeller cannot rotate.
Possible reasons include:
1.Pipeline conditions do not meet requirements:
The inner wall of the pipeline is caked with deposits, the lining is too thick or the material is inconsistent, which affects the transmission of ultrasonic waves.
2. Incorrect installation location: The measurement point is too close to the valve, pump or elbow, and the fluid is not fully stabilized.
3.Probe installation issue: Insufficient coupling agent, incorrect probe spacing or misalignment, resulting in weak signal strength.
4.Medium problem: The fluid contains bubbles, solid particles or has an excessively low flow rate, which exceeds the range of the instrument.
